Extra charges may apply if:

* Property is within an airport’s Flight Restriction Zone, and it is necessary to go through the process of obtaining approval from Air Traffic Control. This can be time consuming, and the airport or airfield may charge a fee.

* Property is not within the High Wycombe area. Reasonable travel expenses (including travel time) will be taken into account in the quote.
